A. The following is a reference for basic pump selection:
1. When transporting strong corrosive media (such as "concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid"), when transporting flammable and explosive media, and when there is no pollution in the use environment: a magnetic pump can be used, such as "CQB series magnetic pump, ZMD series magnetic Pump, if self-priming is required, ZMD series magnetic pump can be used;
2. IHF centrifugal pumps and FSB centrifugal pumps have the characteristics of high speed, small size, light weight, high efficiency, large flow, simple structure, no pulsation of infusion, stable performance, easy operation and convenient maintenance, etc., if there are no special requirements for use conditions When, it is better to use a centrifugal pump;
3. When pumps conveying chemical media containing solid particles require wear-resistant materials for convection parts: mortar pumps are the best choice, and UHB-ZK corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pumps are made of high-strength new engineering plastic UHBWPE, which is a kind of Modified ultra-high molecular weight (over 5 million) polyethylene. Among plastics, it has the most excellent wear resistance. Compared with experiments, its wear resistance is much higher than that of stainless steel, and it has impact resistance, creep resistance and excellent corrosion resistance (equal to F4). No unique properties such as adhesion;
4. When the liquid level of the medium is below the pump installation position: FZB self-priming pump should be used. If leak-proof characteristics are still required, ZMD magnetic self-priming pump can be selected.

B. Choose the best model according to the performance curve of the pump. When you can't find a suitable model in the performance parameter table, you can refer to the performance curve of the pump to select the most suitable pump type. Principles of pump selection When designing equipment and equipment, the design institute must determine the use and performance parameters of the pump and select the pump type. This choice must first start with the choice of the type and form of the pump. Then what principle should be used to select the pump? What is the basis?
1. Make the type and performance of the selected pump meet the requirements of process parameters such as device flow, head, pressure, temperature, NPSH, and suction;
2. It must meet the requirements of the media characteristics. For pumps that transport flammable, explosive, toxic or precious media, reliable shaft seals or non-leakage pumps, such as magnetic drive pumps (no shaft seal, isolated magnetic indirect drive), are required. For pumps that transport corrosive media, the convection parts are required to be made of corrosion-resistant materials, such as fluorine plastic corrosion-resistant pumps. For pumps that transport solid particles, the convection parts are required to be made of wear-resistant materials. If necessary, the shaft seal should be flushed with clean liquid. ;
3. The mechanical aspect requires high reliability, low noise and low vibration;
