Precautions for the use of pipeline booster pumps
Pipeline booster pump use matters needing attention:
Horizontal pipeline booster pump
1. Before use, check whether the electric pump is in good condition or not during transportation and storage. If it is damaged, please promptly ask professionals for replacement or repair.
2. The leakage, phase loss, overcurrent and overload protection devices must be installed before use.
3. Before the pipeline booster pump runs, check that the insulation resistance should be greater than 20MΩ, otherwise it should be dried.
4. Seal the pump inlet and outlet flanges and pipeline flanges with rubber gaskets and connect them firmly.
5. Install regulating valves on the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump, and install pressure gauges near the outlet flange.
6. After opening the inlet regulating valve and filling the sealed chamber (pump body) with liquid, after confirming that the pipeline pump is turning correctly, open the regulating valve on the outlet pipe of the regulating valve to make the pump run near the rated point.
