Pipeline booster pump control system diagram

As we know, pipeline booster pump refers to the general name of booster pump installed on the pipeline to provide extra pressure to the conveyed medium to make it flow smoothly. But not just installing a booster pump on the pipeline is a complete booster pump system. It is necessary to make the booster pump run efficiently, to facilitate disassembly, maintenance and debugging, etc. It also requires other accessories to be installed on the pipeline together. According to whether the booster pump should run automatically, it is divided into two situations. Different situations have different control systems, but the pipeline accessories are basically the same. The following are introduced separately:

The non-automatic pipeline booster pump only needs the power switch box to manually control the start and stop of the booster pump, but for the convenience of installation, maintenance and debugging, external pipeline accessories are indispensable.

The only difference between the automatic pipeline booster pump and the non-automatic pipeline booster pump is in the electrical control. The automatic pipeline booster pump must have a water pump automatic control box. The automatic control mode should be selected according to actual needs, which can be controlled by liquid level, actual, pressure difference, temperature, and frequency conversion. Different occasions are suitable for different control methods. Please pay attention to selecting the control method when selecting.

  Installation technical requirements

1: The pipeline connected to the equipment must be supported by an independent support frame, and the weight of the pipeline must not be applied to the equipment.

2: Water inlet mode 1 means that the equipment is connected to the water pipe or high-level pool; water inlet mode 2 means that the equipment draws water from a low-level pool lower than the equipment.

3: Ht indicates the minimum distance from the end of the suction pipe to the water level when the equipment is pumping water from a high or low pool, which cannot be less than 25cm.

4: Hb indicates the minimum distance between the suction pipe and the bottom of the pool when the equipment is pumping water from a high or low pool. It is recommended that it be no less than 25cm.

5: Hs=10.33-NPSH-Hz-Hy, Hs means the maximum suction lift, which is included in the head; NPSH means the pump must have a cavitation margin, generally ranging from 2.0-3.0m; Hz means the resistance of the pipeline is damaged , Generally take 0.5m; Hy represents the safety margin that must be reserved, generally take 0.5m. In actual use, try to avoid the equipment from pumping water from a low pool.
