2 rotor part
The structure of the rotor is closely related to the overall structure of the pump, operational stability and product performance, and the main manifestation is the way the impeller is mounted on the shaft. The feed pump impeller is slidably fitted to the shaft and the other is used to withstand the thrust force. 3 balance mechanism
The multi-stage pump adopts the balance disc steering force and positions the rotor in the axial direction. It can balance 100% axial force, high sensitivity, and automatic adjustment ability when working conditions change. 4 shaft end seal
The shaft end seal has become the biggest threat to the long-term continuous operation of the feed water pump. The cooling water is introduced from under the first cover and the tail cover, and is led out from the top. The cover and the tail cover bushing are provided with fins. 5 bearing parts
The bearing is directly related to one of the key components of the safe operation of the pump. Therefore, its structural form must be stable and reliable. The pump rotor is supported by two sliding bearings located inside the bearing body, and the bearing is lubricated with thin oil. When the adjusting screw at the lower part of the bearing body can be adjusted, the rotor is always in the center position. Each time the adjusting screw is adjusted, the positioning pin hole positioning should be re-made at the joint between the bearing body and the first cover and the tail cover.
6 sliding pin system
The legs of each section of the multi-stage pump are supported on the platen surface, and the four legs are fixed between the legs of the inlet and outlet sections and the platen to ensure that the horizontal planes of each section can maintain concentricity when heated, and the multi-stage pump is killed.
