Vertical multistage centrifugal pump maintenance method:
1. When the vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump is maintained, the motor control switch must be in the "closed" position, and a warning sign should be attached to avoid personal injury. When disassembling the multi-stage pump, it is necessary to make a symbol in the cooperation of the parts so that the installation can proceed smoothly; the small parts and fasteners removed from the multi-stage pump should be packed in a box, and the symbols should be marked and the location should be indicated; The dismantled parts of the multi-stage pump are cleaned and cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil. If the painted surface is rusty, the rust must be removed and painted from the beginning; horizontal centrifugal multi-stage pump "O" ring, packing, rust tight The firmware cannot be reused, spare parts are ready.
2. When the vertical multi-stage pump is repaired, first remove the pump from the storage tank, remove the motor and frame, remove the lower pump casing, knock off the lower sleeve and impeller (pay attention to the anti-corrosion layer on the pump shaft) and loosen it. Seat 6 hex bolts on the upper bearing, and then pull out the main pump shaft and bearing parts together for maintenance.
3. When installing a vertical multistage centrifugal pump from the beginning after overhauling and replacing the wearing parts, see to install the bearing seat and the bearing on the upper part of the pump shaft together, seal the upper and lower bearing caps, install the coupling and tighten the round nut, and adjust For the curvature of the pump shaft, pierce the pump with the bearing seat down into the pump body, and then install the bearing seat on the center seat, adjust the gap between the impeller and the upper and lower pump casings, and use the impeller, the lower shaft sleeve and the impeller together with the cap Put the phenolic cement on the pump shaft. After the phenolic cement is completely solidified, install the lower pump cover. After installation, roll the pump shaft on the coupling by hand to see if the pump shaft is normal. For example, when replacing the bearing and pump shaft, first remove the round nut and coupling at the upper end of the pump shaft, loosen the 12 screws of the upper and lower bearing caps, and push the bearing up.
4. There are two periods when the vertical multistage centrifugal pump is maintained, one is during operation and the other is when it is out of service.
(1) When the multi-stage pump is running, the leakage of the packing of the vertical multi-stage pump; the smooth water pressure of the multi-stage pump; the smooth oil level and bearing temperature of the multi-stage pump; make a good operation log, such as the horizontal centrifugal multi-stage pump Faults should be recorded more specifically.
(2) The multi-stage pump is out of service. Replace the old vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump packing; replace the vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump smooth oil (at the pump thrust bearing box); flush the vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump water guide bearing with water every month for about 2 minutes; roll the water pump rotor together ; Check the water skiing system of the run-horizontal centrifugal multi-stage pump and check whether the fasteners are loose.
