How to install the condensate pump
The condensate pump is commonly referred to as the condensate pump, which is mainly used to transport the condensate in the condenser in the thermal power system. Generally, the liquid temperature of the condensate pump does not exceed 80℃, and the inlet pressure of the pump does not exceed 0.6MPa.
N type condensate pump
The function of the condensate pump is to pump the condensed water in the hot well of the condenser into the deaerator through the low-pressure heater, which not only maintains the stable water level of the hot well of the condenser but also ensures the water volume in the deaerator, which not only meets the requirements of the production process but also not It causes a waste of electrical energy, so it is very important to maintain the safe and reliable operation of the condensate pump. The work of the condensate pump is to deliver water close to the saturation temperature under high vacuum conditions.
Condensate pump When the centrifugal pump is started, the pump shaft drives the impeller to rotate at a high speed, forcing the pre-filled liquid between the blades to rotate. Under the action of inertial centrifugal force, the liquid moves radially from the center of the impeller to the outer periphery. The liquid gains energy during the movement process of flowing through the impeller, the static pressure energy increases, and the flow velocity increases. When the liquid leaves the impeller and enters the pump casing, it slows down due to the gradual expansion of the flow passage in the casing, and part of the kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy, and finally flows into the discharge pipe tangentially. Therefore, the volute pump casing is not only a component that collects the liquid flowing out of the impeller, but also a power transfer device. When the liquid is thrown from the center of the impeller to the outer periphery, a low pressure zone is formed in the center of the impeller, and the liquid is sucked into the center of the impeller under the action of the total potential energy difference between the liquid level of the storage tank and the center of the impeller. Relying on the continuous operation of the impeller, the liquid is continuously sucked and discharged. The mechanical energy obtained by the liquid in the centrifugal pump is finally manifested as an increase in the pressure reduction energy.
How to install the condensate pump:
- The condensate pump has a single basic structure, that is, it is connected to the installation plate in the pit under the foundation layer, while the spit elbow suspension rotor is connected to the installation plate, and the motor is installed vertically on the spit bend and is connected to the condensate pump. Rigid connection or elastic connection.
2. The suction chamber of the condensate pump is a closed outer cavity, and the suction port on the outer interbody is located in the trench below the foundation layer and connected to the condenser drain pipe; and the outlet direction of the condensate pump is horizontal.
- The suction bell mouth, suction section (pump body), middle section, guide vane, pump cover, sealing ring, bearing, discharge section, etc., located in the outer compartment, are connected to the pump body through the bar and pressure nozzle and suspended in the discharge curve. On the road.
4. The rotor part of the pump is composed of the primary impeller, the secondary impeller, the shaft sleeve, the locking bolt, the spacer sleeve, the stop sleeve, the sleeve coupling main shaft, etc.
5. According to the suction conditions of the flow requirements, the first stage impeller is a double suction type, and the second stage is a single suction guide vane type or a single suction diagonal flow type.
6. In order to balance the pressure in the cylinder suction cavity and the condenser, discharge the gas in the suction chamber, improve and stabilize the suction indoor and outdoor gas, improve and stabilize the suction performance, a balance management system is set up between the condensate pump and the suction chamber.
