Before assembling the GS high-efficiency and energy-saving double-suction split case centrifugal pump, first check the parts for defects that affect the assembly, and scrub them clean before assembling.

GS high-efficiency and energy-saving double-suction split case centrifugal pump

(1) The assembly sequence of the small GS high-efficiency and energy-saving double-suction split case pump is as follows:

1. The bearings and bearing bodies are carefully cleaned with diesel (or gasoline).

2. Before assembling, each processed surface is evenly coated with high-quality engine oil

3. Assemble the rotor parts:

3.1 Install the impeller key on the shaft first, and then install the impeller (pay attention to the direction of the pump), and install the shaft sleeve with O-ring seal, O-ring seal, and bearing stop sleeve at both ends of the impeller, and then insert the double-suction seal ring

3.2 Packing seal: Put the packing ring, packing pressure, and water retaining ring from both ends of the shaft in turn (the packing is not installed temporarily) Mechanical seal: align the moving ring of the mechanical seal with the ⅴ-shaped groove on the shaft sleeve, and Fix the moving ring on the shaft sleeve (apply a little lubricating oil on the end of the moving ring). Finally, put in the machine sealing end cover (the static ring has been pressed in first, and the O-ring seal is installed), the water retaining ring

3.3 Install the bearing cap and paper washer at the end of the shaft first, then install the bearing and stop washer, lock the bearing with a round nut, and finally install the bearing body B. At the transmission end of the shaft, a bearing cap and a paper washer are installed first, then a bearing and a stop washer are installed, the whole rotor is locked with a round nut, and finally the bearing body armor is installed. Before installing the bearing body, add 3# calcium-based grease to the bearing to occupy 1/3~1/2 of the bearing cavity. The bearing cover and the bearing body are connected with screws (the gap of the bearing cover is facing upwards).

4. Spread an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene tape on the open surface of the pump body (located in the middle of the inner flow channel and the center line of the screw hole), and install the studs that fix the pump cover and the packing gland (machine-sealed end cover) And plugging.

5. Install the rotor parts on the pump body (pay attention to the direction of the pump), and lock the bearing body and the pump body with bolts. Check whether the rotor parts rotate flexibly, check the beating of the seal ring at both ends of the impeller, the tolerance is 0.1m, check the gap between the seal ring and the impeller, and check the circular runout at the shaft extension, the tolerance is 0.05mm

6. Packing: Install two packings in front of the packing ring, and then install three packings after pressing the λ packing ring. The packing joints are staggered by 90°, and the packing rings are aligned with the water seal pipe joints.

7. Cover the pump cover, install the screw tail cone pin, tighten the nut, and install the packing gland (machine-sealed end cover)

8. Prepare water seal pipe parts, install various plugs, vent plugs, oil nozzles and other accessories. Finally, install the shaft extension key and press the key into the coupling

9. After the assembly is completed, turn the pump shaft by hand without rubbing, and the rotation is relatively smooth and even.

10. For a pump with a base, clean the support surface of the base, the plane of the pump foot plate and the motor foot plate, and place the water pump and the motor on the base, adjust the pump shaft level first, and tighten the nut appropriately after leveling it to prevent Walk around, then install the motor, and adjust with thin shims on the feet that are not level. To ensure the concentricity of the pump shaft and the motor shaft and the gap between the two couplings.

 

(2) The assembly sequence of the large GS high-efficiency energy-saving double-suction split case pump is as follows:

1. Carefully clean the bearing and bearing body with diesel (or gasoline)

2. Before assembling, each processed surface is evenly coated with high-quality engine oil

3.1 Install the impeller key on the shaft first, then install the impeller (pay attention to the direction of the pump), and install the impeller stop sleeve, shaft sleeve small key, shaft sleeve O-ring seal, and bearing stop sleeve at both ends of the impeller, and then insert the double suction seal ring.

3.2 Packing seal: insert the packing ring, packing gland, and water retaining ring from both ends of the shaft (packing is not installed temporarily). Mechanical seal: directly push the moving ring of the mechanical seal onto the step surface of the shaft sleeve, and move it. The ring is fixed on the shaft sleeve (a little lubricating oil is applied to the end surface of the moving ring). Finally, put in the machine sealing end cover (the static ring has been pressed in first, and the O-ring seal has been installed), the water retaining ring

3.3 Put the end of the shaft into the seal ring (O-ring seal has been installed), bearing gland, oil-resistant rubber gasket, and then install the bearing and bearing bushing, and lock the bearing with a round nut. The transmission end of the shaft is firstly inserted into the sealing ring (0-type sealing ring has been installed), the oil-resistant rubber gasket of the bearing gland, and then the bearing and the bearing bushing are installed, and the whole rotor is locked with a round nut. Finally, install the oil ring and shaft extension end seal roll (O-ring seal has been installed)

If a sliding bearing is used: install the sealing ring (O-ring is installed), sliding bearing (oil-ring is installed), and the sealing ring of the shaft extension end (O-ring is installed), and the non-driving end needs to be installed. Install the retaining ring, rolling bearing and round nut in sequence and lock it.

4. Spread an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene tape on the open surface of the pump body (located in the middle of the inner flow path and the center line of the screw hole), and install the fixed pump cover, bearing seat, and packing gland (machine-sealed end cover) Studs and plugs

5. Install the bearing seat (with the cooling chamber cover installed) on the pump body and fasten it, and install the rotor part on the pump body (pay attention to the direction of rotation of the pump). Pad a 1m thick oil-resistant rubber plate on the processing plane of the bearing seat and install the stud that fixes the bearing upper cover, then cover the bearing upper cover, install the threaded end cone pin, screw on the nut, and then tighten the bearing gland with the fixing bolt Secure, tighten the set screws on each sealing ring to fix it on the shaft, and install the shaft end gland. Check whether the rotor parts rotate flexibly, check the beating of the seal ring at both ends of the impeller, with a tolerance of 0.15mm, check the gap between the seal ring and the impeller, and check the circular runout at the shaft extension, with a tolerance of 0.05m.

6. Packing: Install two packings in front of the packing ring, and then install three packings after pressing the λ packing ring. The packing interface is staggered by 90 and the packing ring is aligned with the water seal pipe interface.

7. Cover the pump cover, install the screw tail cone pin, tighten the nut, and install the packing gland (machine-sealed end cover).

8. Prepare water seal pipe parts, exhaust pipe parts, etc., install various plugs, vent plugs, oil nozzles and other accessories. Finally, install the shaft extension key, and press the key into the coupling.

9. After the assembly is completed, turn the pump shaft by hand, there is no rubbing phenomenon, and the rotation is relatively smooth and even.

 

Precautions for assembly of GS high-efficiency and energy-saving double-suction split case pump:

1. When installing the impeller, pay attention to the rotation direction of the impeller to match the pump body and pump cover

2. In the above assembly process, do not miss or install the wrong seals, O-rings, small keys, water retaining rings and other small parts.
