Double-imported self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump structure diagram
Double-imported self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump structure diagram
The dual-import self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump developed by Zoomlion Pump is a multi-stage centrifugal pump with a new structure proposed to avoid unnecessary volume loss caused by the existing multi-stage centrifugal pumps with balanced water pipes and high and low pressure zone sealing devices. At the same time, it is also a new structure multi-stage pump proposed to reduce the complex structure of the multi-stage centrifugal pump casing composed of double suction impellers. The structural feature of this double-inlet self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump is that the two ends are the pump inlets (double inlets) and are arranged symmetrically by a number of single-stage impellers (requires that the single-stage impellers at both ends are completely identical and symmetrical except for different directions of rotation. Arrangement), a multi-stage impeller formed by superimposing a number of single-suction impellers, with the pump outlet in the middle and a double-suction impeller. The double-suction impeller housing in the middle of the pump needs to be designed as a volute type, and the single-stage impeller housings at both ends can be designed as a guide vane type or a volute type. When the shells at both ends are designed as a guide vane type, it is equivalent to connecting two D-type pumps running in parallel through a double-suction impeller back-to-back in series; when the shells are all designed as a volute type, it is equivalent to a multi-stage volute type. The double-suction impeller constitutes a multi-stage centrifugal pump, but its structure is simpler and easy to cast and process. That is, it includes a segmented double-inlet self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump whose shell structure is a guide vane and a volute type double-inlet self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump whose shell structure is all volutes. The two structures are described in detail below

Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a segmented double-inlet self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump. The structure is in the form of the pump inlet 7 at both ends and the pump outlet 8 in the middle. The two ends are symmetrically arranged by the single suction impeller 2 and the pump body structure at both ends It is a guide vane; the middle is a double-suction impeller 6, and the shell is a volute. It can be seen from the figure that several single-suction impellers 2 with the same structure but different rotation directions are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the double-suction impeller 6. The water inlet section 1 at both ends of the pump body constitutes a segmented double-inlet self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal The inlet 7 at both ends of the pump and the volute outlet section 5 constitute the middle outlet of the double-inlet self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump. 8. The guide vane 3 with the same rotation direction as the single suction impeller 2 is installed in the middle section 4 and enters the water at both ends. Section 1, volute type water outlet section 5 constitutes a segmented double-inlet self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump casing. The pump conveying medium enters the single-suction impeller 2 from the inlet section 1 at both ends at the same time, and enters the double-suction impeller 6 after being pressurized step by step, and finally enters the outlet of the pump from the volute outlet section 5. Because the single-stage impeller 2 at both ends is symmetrical Arrangement (the number of impeller stages at both ends can be increased or decreased at the same time, the number of impeller stages in the figure is for illustration only), the axial force generated by the impeller of the pump is automatically balanced, and at the same time, because there is no sealing device for balancing the water pipe and the high and low areas, the pump is reduced. The leakage improves efficiency.

Figure 2 is a structure diagram of a volute double-inlet self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump. The structure is in the form of pump inlet 7 at both ends and pump outlet 8 in the middle. Both ends of the pump are arranged symmetrically by a single suction impeller 2 and the middle is double suction. The impeller 6 and the casing are all volutes. It can be seen from the figure that the pump body 9 and the pump cover 10 of the volute type flow passage constitute the casing of the volute double-inlet self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump. The two ends of the casing are left with inlets 7 to form double inlets. The middle of the body is the outlet of the pump. 8. Several single-suction impellers 2 with the same structure but different rotation directions are symmetrically arranged at both ends of the double-suction impeller 6. The pump conveying medium enters the single-suction impeller 2 from both ends of the pump body 9 and the pump cover 10 at the same time, and enters the double-suction impeller 6 after being pressurized step by step, and finally enters the pump outlet 8 from the flow channel between the pump body 9 and the pump cover 10 .Because the delivery medium at the inlets of both ends of the pump has not been pressurized by the impeller, the pressure is low, which ensures the sealing effectiveness of the shaft seal 11 there. At the same time, the pump does not have a balanced water pipe and a sealing device for the high and low areas, which reduces Leakage of the pump improves efficiency. In addition, the single-stage impellers at both ends of the pump are arranged symmetrically (the number of impeller stages can be increased or decreased at the same time, the number of impeller stages in the figure is for illustration only), and the axial force generated by the pump impeller is automatically balanced.

The mark 12 in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is the front bearing part, 13 is the rear bearing part, 14 is the pump seat, and the mark 15 in Fig. 2 is the mechanical seal part.
Double-inlet self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump has no balanced water pipe and high and low pressure sealing device, which improves the efficiency of the pump unit, and the pump has its own structure to automatically balance the axial force generated by the impeller.
Although this dual-inlet self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump has two inlets, the two inlets are actually branched from a total inlet at the front end.
