The maintenance of corrosion-resistant chemical pumps is also directly related to the length of service life. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen the daily maintenance and maintenance of chemical pumps.
1. Primary maintenance of corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pump:
(1) The water pipeline in the chemical centrifugal pump must have good sealing performance to avoid problems such as leakage or leakage. In addition, the pump cannot work for a long time under cavitation conditions, because this will cause great damage to the pump.
(2) If the pump is in flow operation, it is strictly forbidden to run the motor over current for a long time.
(3) The operation process of the chemical centrifugal pump should be guarded by a special person, so that once a problem occurs, it can be dealt with in time.
(4) When the chemical centrifugal pump runs for a certain period of time, its bearings should be lubricated and maintained to ensure its service life.
2. Secondary maintenance of corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pump:
For the secondary maintenance of the pump, it should be carried out on the basis of its primary maintenance, so the work content is increased. The specifics are:
(1) For the mechanical seal lubrication of chemical centrifugal pumps, the main requirement is that there should be no solid particles such as lubricating oil.
(2) After long-term operation, the noise may become louder. At this time, it should be stopped for inspection. If the parts are damaged, they should be replaced in time.
3. Daily maintenance and maintenance of corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pumps:
1. The user uses the oil strictly in accordance with the lubrication regulations of chemical centrifugal pump equipment.
2. Lubrication standards for equipment lubrication
(1) The oil level of the oil bath lubrication method should be maintained at 1/2~2/3 of the sight glass window or the scale specified on the scale.
(2) The oil level of lubrication methods such as circulation and concentration should be maintained at the scale specified in the operating regulations.
(3) Grease lubrication
When n>3000r/min, the amount of grease added is 1/3 of the volume of the bearing box;
When n≤3000r/min, the amount of grease added is 1/2 of the volume of the bearing box.
3. Keep the equipment clean, dry, oil-free and leak-free.
4. Check the operation status of the centrifugal pump every day, and deal with any problems in time.
(1) Check whether the oil level in the oil chamber of the centrifugal pump suspension is appropriate every day, and it must be kept at 1/2 and 2/3 of the oil mark.
(2) Check the shaft seal and each joint sealing surface for leakage;
(3) Check whether the cooling system and sealed lubrication system are unblocked, and whether the pressure and temperature are within a reasonable range;
(4) Check the smoothness of operation and whether there is vibration;
(5) Check whether the coupling, safety cover, and frame bolts are loose;
(6) Check the bearing temperature, the highest temperature generally cannot exceed 70℃~75℃.
5. Check the oil level of the bearing box lubricating oil or grease weekly;
6. Check the vibration situation every month and judge the bearing wear. It is strictly forbidden to work in the evacuated state of the centrifugal pump, because the centrifugal pump not only vibrates severely but also affects the life of the pump, so special attention must be paid .
7. It is strictly forbidden to enter the centrifugal pump with metal objects and soft materials such as rubber, cotton yarn, plastic cloth, etc., so as not to damage the flow parts of the pump and block the flow path of the impeller, so that the pump cannot work normally.
8. In the first month of operation of the centrifugal pump, after 100 hours of operation, replace the lubricating oil in the suspension oil chamber, and then replace the lubricating oil every 500 hours of operation of the centrifugal pump.
9. When parking for a long time, the materials in the system should be drained, and the anti-freezing and anti-condensing conditions should be checked when the temperature is low;
10. When the centrifugal pump runs for about 2000 hours, periodic inspections should be carried out to repair or replace damaged parts, so that the centrifugal pump is always in good condition.
11. For the newly installed and overhauled centrifugal pumps, you must first try the steering of the motor before putting on the pin of the coupling.
