Correct cleaning method and steps of stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump
Correct cleaning method and steps of stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump
When the stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump is stopped for maintenance, mastering the correct cleaning method or maintenance method of the centrifugal pump can improve the cleaning quality, reduce the cost, and reduce early wear and accident damage.
Let’s first take a look at how to disassemble the centrifugal pump? Take the disassembly steps of the stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump as an example:
1 Remove the coupling through a puller. The specific method is to hook the coupling with the pull hook of a special tool, and the top of the screw is rotated slowly to the center of the pump shaft, so that the coupling can be disassembled. During the hooking process, you can use a hammer or a copper rod to gently tap the coupling.
2 Loosen the fastening bolts on the pump cover and pump body, and remove the rotor assembly from the pump body. How to clean the stainless steel centrifugal pump? The basic principle of stainless steel centrifugal pump cleaning is that all cleaning methods must fully consider the following basic requirements.
In order to maintain the requirements of the cleanliness of the parts, in the repair of the pump, different parts have different requirements for the cleanliness. When assembling, the cleaning requirements of fittings are higher than those of non-metal fittings, dynamic fittings are higher than static fittings, and precision fittings are higher than non-precision fittings. For spraying, electroplating and bonding the surface of the workpiece, the cleaning requirements are very high.
Stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump correct cleaning method and steps:
When cleaning, different cleaning agents and methods must be used according to different requirements to maintain the required cleaning quality.
Prevent extensive corrosion of parts. The precision parts are not allowed to have any degree of corrosion. When pump parts need to be parked for a period of time after cleaning, the anti-rust ability of the cleaning fluid or other anti-rust measures should be considered. Maintain safe operation and prevent fire, poisoning and environmental pollution.
(1) Clean up grease and rust on the joint surface of the pump casing.
(2) Parts that are not temporarily assembled should be protected with oil after cleaning
(3) Wash the bearing bushes and bearings to remove grease, then clean the oil ring and oil gauge. Gasoline should be used to clean the ball bearings
(4) Scrape off the oxide scale and rust on the inner and outer surface of the impeller, seal ring, bearing, and then clean with water or compressed air
(5) Clean the water seal pipe and check whether it is unblocked.
How to maintain the stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump after cleaning?
(1) The nameplates of the pump, oil cup, oil glass, pressure gauge, and cooling water pipe mirror should be kept clean for inspection.
(2) The pump body and its pump base (or other steel structure) should be free of grease, dust and soil, and no items or garbage or water should be stored under the pump base.
(3) There is a liquid leak in the seal of the pump that transports crystalline, toxic, harmful and corrosive liquids. Basically, rinse the pump body with clean water, and clean the other parts with a dry cloth.
(4) The motor part needs to be cleaned with a dry cloth, and the motor nameplate and motor direction should also be cleaned. Pay attention to safety. It is not allowed to clean the motor directly with water.
(5) The equipment in operation should not be cleaned with gloves, and the rotating part of the equipment (coupling) should not be scrubbed with a cloth strip of multi-purpose cotton thread.
(6) It is strictly prohibited to use paint cleaning equipment without permission.
