Well submersible pump   

The submersible pump for wells is a water-lifting device that is directly connected to the motor and the pump, and works when the body is submerged in the water. It is suitable for extracting groundwater from deep wells, and can also be used for water-lifting projects such as rivers, reservoirs, and canals: mainly used for farmland irrigation and plateau mountainous areas. Human and livestock water can also be used for water supply and drainage in cities, factories, railways, mines, and construction sites.  

Features of submersible pumps for wells   
1. Motors and water pumps are submerged in water to operate, safe and reliable.  
2. There are no special requirements for well pipes and pumping pipes (that is, steel pipe wells, ash pipe wells, earth wells, etc. can be used).

Product introduction   
The WQ series submersible sewage pump is successfully developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing the advanced technology of similar foreign products. It has the advantages of high efficiency, anti-winding, non-clogging, automatic coupling, high reliability and automatic control. It can discharge solid particles and long fibers. In terms of garbage, it has a unique function.  
The discharge diameter of this series of pumps is 50∽600mm, the flow rate is 10~7000 cubic meters/h, the head is 5∽60m, the power is 1.5~315KW, and the diameter of the solid particles is 20~145mm.  
Uses and features   
WQ series submersible sewage pumps are mainly used in municipal engineering, industry, hospitals, construction, hotels, restaurants and other industries. It is used to discharge sludge with solids and various long fibers, waste water, and urban domestic sewage (including occasions with corrosive and aggressive media).  
WQ series submersible sewage pumps are small in size, compact in structure and high in efficiency. They can be automatically controlled according to user requirements. They are also equipped with automatic protection devices and control cabinets, and double guide rail automatic installation systems.  
Conditions of Use
1. Three-phase AC power supply with rated voltage of 380V and frequency of 50HZ.  
2. The temperature of the conveying medium does not exceed 40oC.  
3. The PH value of the liquid medium is 4-10.  
4. The volume ratio of solids in the conveying medium is below 2%.  
5. The density of the conveying medium is less than 1.2×103Kg/cubic meter   

Structural features
The WQ series submersible sewage pump has a compact structure and is equipped with various status displays and protection devices to make the pump run safe and reliable.  
1. The unique cable sealing design eliminates the hidden danger of cable leakage.  
2. The stator adopts class F insulation and is equipped with thermal protection elements.  
3. Pumps above 18.5KW are automatically cooled by external circulating water to ensure safe operation of electric pumps at the lowest water level.   
4. A float switch is installed at the bottom of the motor cavity to monitor the mechanical seal on the motor side.   5. An oil-water probe is installed at the upper end of the oil chamber of the pump and the motor to monitor the mechanical seal on the pump side. Once water leaks, the control system will alarm and protect.  
6. Bellows type double end face mechanical seal, the sealing material is tungsten carbide, silicon carbide and hard alloy to prevent water from entering the motor and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the motor.  
7. The auxiliary impeller is used to balance the external pressure of the mechanical seal and prevent water from entering the oil chamber, thereby extending the service life of the electric pump.  
8. The impeller design is unique, the large flow channel can pass long fibers and dirt, and has strong anti-clogging, anti-winding and flow capacity.  
9. A replaceable wear sleeve is installed between the impeller and the lower end of the volute to keep the pump running at the best efficiency.  

Impeller design features   
In order to ensure the smooth passage of dirt, the width of the flow surface of the impeller must be increased. For large pumps, double-blade and three-blade type can be used; for small pumps, single (double) flow channel form is adopted, which is similar to a cross-section The same elbow has very good flow characteristics. Avoid blockage and entanglement that may be caused by water flow at low speed. This uniquely designed impeller flow channel, combined with a reasonable volute chamber, allows paper, textiles, garbage bags and other materials in the sewage to pass freely. The impeller is dynamically and statically balanced, so that the pump does not vibrate during the no-load test operation and the load process.
