Cleaning and inspection of high-lift pump
Cleaning and inspection of high-lift pump
A. The internal parts of the high-lift pump manufactured as a whole should not be disassembled during the anti-rust guarantee period, and only the exterior should be cleaned. When the anti-rust guarantee period is exceeded or there are obvious defects that need to be disassembled, the disassembly, cleaning and inspection shall meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents. When there is no regulation, the following requirements should be met: the impeller parts should be cleaned and the impeller should not be damaged; the cooling water pipeline should be cleaned and clean, and should be kept unblocked; pipeline pumps and coaxial pumps should not be disassembled.
b. The cleaning and inspection of the disassembled high-lift pump should meet the following requirements: the main parts, components and auxiliary equipment, the middle face and the set parts of the high-lift pump, and the end surface of the components must not have abrasions or scratches, and the surface of the shaft There should be no cracks, crushing and other defects. After cleaning, the moisture should be removed and the parts, components and equipment surfaces should be coated with lubricating oil and placed in the order of assembly; the vertical split surface of the pump casing should not be disassembled and cleaned.
The vertical installation horizontal deviation of the integrally installed high-lift pump should not be greater than 0.10/1000, and the horizontal deviation should not be greater than 0.20/1000, and the measurement should be performed on the inlet and outlet flange surface of the pump or other horizontal surfaces. The vertical and horizontal horizontal deviation of the disassembled pump should not be greater than 0.05/1000, and it should be measured on the horizontal midplane, the exposed part of the shaft, and the horizontal processing surface of the base.
