Check whether the sound and vibration of the backwash lift pump is normal, whether there is cavitation, whether the mechanical seal is leaking, and whether the flexible joint of the check valve is leaking. If the backwash pump is abnormal, stop using it and inspect it, report the problem to the leader on duty and notify the mechanics for maintenance.

  2. When the backwash lift pump is running, observe whether the current and water pressure are within the rated value. The water level of the backwash pool must meet the operation requirements of the backwash pump.

   3. Make corresponding records according to the operation log.

   Stop Backwash lift pump program

   1. Press the stop button and place the changeover switch in the stop position.
