Analysis of serious failure of high pressure self-balancing corrosion-resistant pump
There are two types of serious failures of the high-pressure self-balancing corrosion-resistant pump: serious physical failures and partial or individual serious failures. When an overall serious failure occurs, the entire system stops running at the same time. For individual failures, only partial or individual parts damage or failures will not affect the normal operation of the equipment, but only stop part of the equipment and start the standby equipment to continue operation.
The overall serious failure of the high-pressure self-balancing corrosion-resistant pump appears:
The pressure level of the main pipe is below the maximum pressure of the pump (that is, the pressure of the pump discharge pipeline); the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump are broken; the stop button cannot be connected normally;
Approach:
The sequence of the shutdown of the whole system is: the output valve is closed; the corrosion-resistant pump motor power distribution cabinet is tripped.
Individual serious failures of high-pressure self-balancing corrosion-resistant pumps:
Corrosion-resistant pump motor failure; lubricating oil pressure below 0.1MPA; pump suction pressure is lower than the vaporization pressure of the medium below 7M; the temperature of the pump casing is higher than the medium temperature by 35℃; the temperature of the pump bearing is above 70℃; the temperature of the motor winding Above 120°C; startup stagnation (corrosion-resistant pump startup command is issued for 15 minutes, the output valve does not open) is limited to linkage operation.
Light failure of high pressure self-balancing corrosion-resistant pump:
There are mainly the following types of minor faults:
The oil pressure of the oil circuit system is lower than 0.08 MPa; the filter pressure difference is higher than 0.06 MPa; the pump output valve is faulty (overload, over torque); the oil pump motor is faulty;
Action sequence: the alarm light is on; the alarm sounds, but the corrosion-resistant pump will not shut down.
