2. Main use:
①ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. Through the refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment, the operating temperature T<80 ℃.
②ISG vertical hot water (high temperature) circulating pump is widely used in: energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as high-temperature hot water pressurized circulating transportation of boilers in hotels and restaurants, and circulating pumps for urban heating systems. The operating temperature is T<120 °C.
3. Main features:
The ISG pump has a flow range of 1.5-1280m3/h and a lift of 8-125m, which can be used in place of conventional centrifugal pumps in all occasions. Low noise and vibration: The pump and the motor shaft are absolutely concentric, and the impeller has excellent balance, which ensures no vibration during high-speed operation. The extremely short axial dimension makes the pump very low noise. It solves the problems of noise and vibration caused by the coupling of conventional centrifugal pumps.
4. Working conditions:
The system pressure is 1.6Mpa, that is, the population pressure of the pump and the head of the pump are less than or equal to 1.6Mpa, and the test pressure of the pump is 2.4Mpa. For transporting clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.
