1. 2. Transform the impeller of the sewage pump to improve the pumping efficiency

The original 75 kW and 55 kW pumps have lifts of 31 m and 41 m respectively, which are much higher than the actual lifting height (about 15 m) from the pumping station to the factory area, so the pump wastes a lot in terms of lift. That is to say, the design and selection of the original pump is quite different from the actual situation. Of course, replacing the pump is the easiest way, but a full pump replacement requires a lot of capital investment; it is also a good way to use the existing motor pump body to redesign and replace the impeller, but because the original pump is produced in Japan, plus the modification There are many types of pumps and few quantities, so far no manufacturers have been contacted that are willing to undertake this task (this work is still going on). For this reason, the water pump is transformed by means of cutting and adjusting the impeller. The so-called impeller cutting adjustment is to change the performance curve of the water pump by turning the impeller of the small water pump along the outer diameter to make it closer to the actual required lift and flow range, thereby improving the pumping efficiency of the water pump.

 

3. Pumping station automation transformation

The original chemical pumping station used simple relay-contactor control, which was completely controlled manually. In addition, the pump selection was too conservative. The capacity of a single pump was selected too large, and the lift selection was too high to achieve reasonable scheduling. , forming an impact load on the water quality and quantity of the plant area, and the power consumption is relatively large. For this reason, after the mechanical equipment of the pumping station is transformed, the automatic transformation is carried out. Each pumping station is equipped with a PLC and a frequency converter, and the water level value of the pumping room is detected by the water level measuring instrument, and the frequency of use of the pump and the number of openings are adjusted. , keep the pump running within the optimal efficiency range, reduce energy consumption, avoid damage to equipment caused by frequent startup, realize uniform water delivery to the plant area, ensure the economical and stable operation of the water treatment process in the plant area, and avoid sewage. Repeated flow in the pipe network. After this step of transformation is completed, the power consumption for water transmission is reduced by 29.5% on the basis of the previous transformation.

 

4. The sewage treatment plant has adopted a variety of transformation measures in view of the fact that the design of the centrifugal pump station is too advanced, the design quantity is too large, and the gap between the actual use and the pump station is too high. After all the renovations are completed, the actual water and electricity consumption of the entire pumping station is 43.9% lower than that before the renovation.
