What are the reasons why the high-pressure self-balancing corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump can't produce water?
High-pressure self-balancing and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps, like other mechanical equipment, have a certain life span. If you have a good use habit, it will greatly extend the service life; but if you suddenly encounter high-pressure self-balancing and corrosion-resistant pumps in your life, no water can be discharged. Don't worry about the situation, you can roughly determine what the fault is based on the corresponding phenomenon.
The impeller rotates in the wrong direction; the suction pipe is not filled with water, and there is air in the suction pipe; the suction pipe and the filling device are leaking; the suction port is not sufficiently flooded; correct the direction of rotation; shut down and fill the water; reinstall it to make it leak-proof; ensure that there is enough flooding Deep; insufficient water volume: there is gas in the suction pipe, the suction port is not sufficiently flooded, the suction pipe and the packing seal are leaking, the bottom valve and the suction port filter are blocked, the discharge is obstructed or arranged incorrectly, the lift estimation is insufficient, the discharge pipe is Leakage, impeller or pump body blockage, excessive clearance at the seal ring, impeller damage; stop filling and exhaust, increase the water level, ensure the depth of flooding, reinstall it so that it does not leak, clean the bottom valve and filter screen, remove obstacles, and correct the layout , Reduce the hydraulic loss of valves and elbows, repair pipelines, disassemble the pump to remove blockages, disassemble the pump, restore the gap to the original size, replace the impeller, replace the paper gasket, and leak the pump body seal.
Check that all measuring instruments, especially suction and discharge pressure gauges, indicate normal operating conditions. If noise or abnormality is found during operation, stop and check immediately. Note that the maximum temperature of the bearing does not exceed 70° (the bearing body is equipped with a temperature measuring element that can be connected to the central control room to reflect the temperature rise). If the bearing is overheated, check the lubricating oil quality and the filling height of the lubricating oil; check the cooling cavity of the bearing body Inlet and outlet water cooling pipeline. Oil should be added to each bearing after 80-100 hours of work, and the oil should be changed during maintenance. (The lubricating oil change cycle mainly depends on the operating conditions and operating conditions, which can be determined according to the actual situation).
In order to achieve satisfactory operating results, the packing seal must have a small amount of leakage, and the leakage water should be dripping (ie 30 drops per minute). If the amount of penetration is too large, the packing should be compressed, otherwise the degree of compression should be relaxed. Note: 1. Alternately adjust the nuts every time each nut is screwed the same 1/2 or 1/4 turn. There should be a certain time interval for each adjustment of the nuts, so that the adjustment effect will work on each packing. 2. If the leakage of the packing seal is less than required, readjust the nut, because the packing does not have enough elasticity to reduce the pressure density, so do not over tighten the nut.
The rated discharge pressure is not reached: the impeller is turned incorrectly, the seal ring is severely worn, the impeller is damaged or blocked, the pump body seal is leaked, and the selection error is caused; correct the steering, disassemble the pump and restore it to the original size, replace the impeller or remove the obstacle, and replace Paper pads and recalculations were used to transform the pump. Excessive power consumption of the water pump: leakage of pump body seal, leakage of discharge pipe, high speed, wear of seal ring, too tight packing seal, impeller damage, too tight installation of pump parts, operation under partial working conditions; replacement of paper pad, blockage Leakage, reduce the speed, repair or replace the seal, readjust the packing gland nut, replace the impeller, remove the pump to check and adjust the gap, and adjust the operating conditions.
