Structure composition and working principle of horizontal multistage centrifugal booster pump
The structure of the horizontal multistage centrifugal booster pump:
Horizontal multi-stage centrifugal booster pumps are divided into two types, double-shell type and segmented type. Currently, segmented multi-stage centrifugal pumps are mostly used. The segmented horizontal multi-stage centrifugal booster pump is a vertically split multi-stage pump. It consists of a front section, a tail section and several middle sections, which are connected as a whole by four long rod bolts. The number of impellers installed on the pump shaft represents the number of stages of the centrifugal pump. Each impeller in the middle section is equipped with a guide wheel. The function of the guide wheel is basically the same as that of the volute, mainly converting kinetic energy into static pressure energy. The impeller is generally single suction, and the suction people all face one direction. In order to balance the axial force, a balance disc is installed behind the end section, and a balance tube is used to communicate with the inlet of the front section. The rotor can move left and right in the axial direction during the working process, and the thrust of the balance disc balances the axial force of the impeller group to maintain the rotor near the equilibrium position. Both ends of the shaft are supported by bearings and placed on a bearing seat, and both ends of the shaft are equipped with shaft sealing devices.
The horizontal multistage centrifugal booster pump is mainly composed of four parts: stator, rotor, bearing and shaft seal.
1. The stator part is mainly composed of suction section, middle section, discharge section and guide vanes. Each part is clamped by tightening bolts to form a working room. The D-type pump generally sucks in horizontally and spit up vertically; when water is injected into the oil field, the inlet and outlet of the pump are vertically upward. The inlet and outlet of the DG multi-stage pump are vertically upward.
2. The rotor part is mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balance disc and sleeve. The axial force is balanced by the balance plate.
3. The bearing is mainly composed of a bearing body, a bearing and a bearing cover, and is lubricated with grease or light oil.
4. The shaft seal of the multi-stage pump adopts soft packing. The soft packing is mainly composed of the sealing body, the packing, the water inlet section and the water retaining ring on the tail cover. The water seal of the D-type pump comes from the pressure water in the pump. The DG pump water seal comes from an external water supply.
5. The rotary pump of the multi-stage pump is directly driven by the prime mover through the elastic coupling.
Working principle of horizontal multistage centrifugal booster pump:
The working principle of the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal booster pump is that the motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed. The impeller generates strong centrifugal force inside the pump cavity. The liquid inside the impeller is thrown along the flow path between the blades under the action of centrifugal force. To the periphery of the impeller, the pressure and speed of the liquid will increase under the action of the blades, and will be directed to the next-stage impeller, so that the pressure of the liquid will continue to increase. The liquid inside the impeller is lifted by multi-stage centrifugal force.
