Maintenance and repair of self-balancing corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pump
Due to the particularity of its working environment, such as industrial corrosiveness, acidic medium transportation, chemical agent transportation, etc., in order to maintain the efficient and stable working conditions of self-balancing corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pumps, corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pumps such as DFP self-balancing Stainless steel corrosion-resistant chemical pumps must be maintained and repaired frequently, and the maintenance interval depends on the operating conditions of the pump.
Maintenance of self-balancing corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pump
Regularly check the performance of the pump (such as flow, head, vibration, etc.) and make records. According to these recorded data, analyze whether the pump is working properly, whether it needs repair, or determine which part to repair.
Under normal conditions, if you insist on accurate testing, recording, and regular summary records, you can get reliable information about whether the pump needs maintenance according to the operating conditions.
In addition to monitoring the pump at the specified time, the following maintenance is frequent:
a) Check whether the pump base, pump, and motor are tight. If they are loose, it will cause pump vibration.
b) Check the condition of the instrument and lead, check whether the pipeline is leaking or loose, or other forms of damage, if repair is required, it should be repaired immediately.
c) The packing gland should not be pressed too tightly, otherwise it will affect the life of the packing.
d) Bearing grease should be added every 100 hours of work.
Maintenance of self-balancing corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pump
The first step in the maintenance of corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pumps is to disassemble and clean the chemical centrifugal pumps, and carefully check the wear and deformation of all parts.
1. Repair of the main shaft: The main shaft of the chemical centrifugal pump is bent or cracked due to vibration or sudden impact during rotation; the surface of the shaft is severely dented and worn due to friction or corrosion of the conveying medium, which causes radial runout or The strength is reduced, which affects the use and needs to be repaired. For slight corrosion of the surface, it can be smoothed with oil-soaked emery cloth. The shaft needs to be straightened when it is bent; the shaft with very serious damage can be repaired by welding, spraying, and grinding after electroplating. After repairing, it is necessary to retest the geometric accuracy and radial runout.
2. Repair of the shaft sleeve: During the operation of the chemical centrifugal pump, the shaft sleeve is rubbed at the part in contact with the packing to cause wear and radial runout. For non-serious wear, it can be repaired by welding and turning, and for severely worn shaft sleeves, it needs to be replaced.
3. Impeller repair: The impeller is one of the vulnerable parts of the chemical centrifugal pump. When the impeller is rotating, it needs to be repaired and replaced in time when the performance of the chemical centrifugal pump is affected due to serious frictional corrosion damage and changes in size and shape. For impellers with less severe damage, repair welding can be used. When repairing, first heat the impeller to 600°C, then repair welding, and pay attention to the slow cooling after welding to avoid new cracks. After cooling, it is turned to its original size. If you find that the key is loose (rolling key), you can widen the keyway or re-open the keyway (at 90° or 180° from the original keyway), and re-fit the key when allowed. If there are severe sand holes on the impeller or severe damage, the impeller needs to be replaced.
4. For the repaired impeller, the static balance needs to be found again. After the impeller is repaired, the swing of its end face shall not exceed 0.2mm, and the radial runout at the outer ring and sealing ring of the impeller shall not exceed 0.05mm.
Precautions for maintenance and repair of self-balancing corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pumps
1. No maintenance tools or any objects are allowed to be placed on the pump seat. Keep the grounding wire of the motor in good condition, and be careful not to spray water on the motor during cleaning.
2. It is necessary to go through relevant safety inspection procedures before inspection.
3. Cut off the power, drain the remaining liquid, close the inlet and outlet valves or add a blind plate to isolate the system. Put the "prohibition card".
4. Disassembled, cleaned and replaced parts and maintenance tools should be placed neatly to ensure civilized maintenance.
1. The water pipe must be highly sealed.
2. Prohibit long-term operation of the pump under cavitation conditions.
3. Check the corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump regularly, and prohibit long-term operation of the motor over current when the pump is running at flow rate.
4. The mechanical seal lubrication should be clean and free of solid particles, and it must be ensured that the mechanical seal will not work under dry grinding conditions.
5. Due to the particularity of the working environment of the corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump, the pump should be supervised by a special person during operation to avoid accidents.
6. Regularly check and add lubricating oil to the pump
7. If it is found that the working unit has vibration and noise problems, stop working and check whether the mechanical parts are worn out
8. If the pump has been used for too long, all parts of the pump, bearings, unit, etc. should be checked to avoid accidents in the work of the pump due to mechanical wear.
