Installation precautions of horizontal multi-stage booster pump:
1. It is not necessary to remove the water pump and motor when the horizontal multi-stage booster pump is transported to the site to level the base
2. For direct installation, the base can be placed on the foundation and a wedge-shaped iron is placed near the anchor bolts to pad the base by about 20~40mm, which is used to fill the grout after leveling;
3. Use a level to check the level of the base and level it with grout. After the grout is dry, check the level.
4. Clean up the dirt on the support plane of the base, the pump feet and the motor feet, and place the pump and motor. On the base;
5. After adjusting the pump shaft level and leveling, tighten the nut properly to prevent it from moving. After the adjustment is completed, install the motor and pad the iron plate pump coupling and the motor coupling after the adjustment.
6. Put the flat ruler on the coupling to check whether the axis of the water pump and the motor axis are coincident. If not, place a thin iron sheet under the feet of the motor or pump to make the outer circle of the two couplings level with the flat ruler. Then take out the thin iron sheet with multiple pieces of the gasket and replace the iron sheet with the created iron sheet, and recheck the situation;
7. If a ZT type shock absorber is used for damping installation, you can first pour the cement support structure according to the size of the vibration isolation table. The foundation should be raised by 50mm to prevent water accumulation. The support structure should be level.
8. The shock absorber is directly placed and isolated. There is generally no need to fix between the vibrating base and the supporting structure;
9. Check the installation accuracy. Use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the two coupling planes at several opposite positions. The maximum and minimum gaps on the coupling plane should not exceed 0.3 mm. More than 0.1 mm
