1 Fluoroplastic lined chemical centrifugal pump and motor should be installed together on a floating inertia base with no less than 95% isolation effect, and then supported on the concrete base with spring-type vibration isolators and shock-proof washers.
2 When installing corrosion-resistant fluoroplastic lined chemical pumps, pay attention to the axial position of each pump. For pumps in the same row, the central axis of each pump should be parallel to each other, and the central axis of the outlet or inlet of the pump should be in a straight line. Exhaust valves, drain pipes and pressure gauge joints should be installed at both ends of the inlet and outlet of the water pump, and flanges should be installed at the inlet and outlet for pipe connection.
3 Positioning and preliminary leveling of the water pump: After the water pump is transported to the designated position, the equipment is hoisted and installed, and it is accurately positioned on the inertial base of the equipment, and then the anchor bolts are put on the foundation bolts with a nut (thunder wire) and placed under the base Place gaskets for preliminary leveling, and anchor bolts should be filled with concrete. After the coagulation period is over, complete leveling and tighten the anchor bolt caps. Each set of gaskets is fixed by spot welding, the surface of the foundation is roughened, and the cement mortar is leveled after washing
4 Install the bracket on the pipe close to the pump so that the pump casing will not bear any additional weight. All pumps are funnel-shaped to receive the water leaking from the gasket and discharge it through the pipeline to a nearby drainage point
5 Damping treatment must also be carried out between the pump and the pipeline. Flexible rubber damping joints should be added at the inlet and outlet of the water pump to transmit the vibration of the water pump to the pipeline as little as possible, thereby increasing the service life of the pipeline and valve and reducing accidents
Fluorine plastic lining chemical centrifugal pump single unit operation debugging:
Before starting: open the wind hood and crank the car by hand, whether it is flexible; open the intake valve and exhaust valve to fill the pump cavity with water, then close the exhaust valve; turn on the motor to determine whether the steering is correct
Operation: fully open the inlet valve, close the outlet pipeline valve and turn on the power supply. When the pump speed reaches normal, open the outlet pipeline valve and adjust to the required working condition point to observe whether there is any abnormality after the pump is running, if there is any abnormality The situation should be stopped for inspection immediately, and it will be running after handling.
Stopping: After gradually closing the outlet valve, cut off the power supply when closing the inlet valve; if the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, take measures to keep warm.
