Desulfurization pump parts need to find the right maintenance method in time
In some places with harsh environments and in the chemical industry, such as some places with acid, alkali, corrosive or toxic fumes, the desulfurization pump is a product designed for production under corrosive conditions and is one of the commonly used equipment. One. However, regular operation in harsh environments will cause some damage to the pump itself. Therefore, it is very important to find the maintenance methods for the desulfurization pump parts in time.
Because there are many parts involved in the operation of the desulfurization pump, especially the transmission parts, impellers, shaft seals and other parts are very important. We will introduce to you one by one.
1. Maintenance of shaft seal
To check the sealing water pressure and water volume regularly, always keep a small amount of clean water flowing along the shaft; adjust the packing gland regularly, check the packing and replace the packing regularly, the shaft seal water pressure and the shaft seal water volume should meet the shaft seal inspection requirements.
2, the adjustment of the impeller
In order to ensure the efficient operation of the pump, the gap between the impeller and the front guard must be adjusted in time. Then you should stop the pump first, loosen the bolts that press the bearing box, loosen the adjusting nut, and move the bearing assembly forward. At the same time, turn the shaft by hand to rotate in the direction of rotation of the pump until the impeller rubs against the front guard plate. Adjust the bolts to move the rotor back, record the front and back movement gap, and evenly distribute it between the front and rear guard plates of the impeller until the gap between the impeller, the front guard plate and the rear guard plate is equal, and the two dustproof discs are tightened and tightened. On the shaft. After adjustment, before restarting, check whether the impeller is rotating normally and whether the bearing assembly compression bolts are tightened, and then start the pump.
3, bearing lubrication
This step is very important. When the bearing assembly is assembled, if the assembly is correct, the lubricant is appropriate, and the maintenance is timely, the transportation life will be longer. In addition to the usual maintenance of bearing components, it is also necessary to check the condition of bearings and lubricating oil. Lubricants must be added or replaced regularly during operation. The interval and the amount of injection are related to the speed of the pump, bearing specifications, continuous working time, and the number of pump stops. , The surrounding environment and operating temperature are related to many factors, so add lubricant in time.
