d/dg multi-stage centrifugal pump is a single-suction, multi-stage, segmented centrifugal clean water pump. For transporting clear water without solid particles and abrasives, without suspended matter, or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water, the multi-stage centrifugal pump has high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long life, installation and maintenance Convenience and other features. The medium temperature of D-type pump is less than 80℃, suitable for mine drainage, oil field water injection, factory and urban water supply and drainage, etc. Oilfield water injection pumps use different materials according to the corrosiveness of the medium. The medium temperature of DG pump is less than 105℃, which is suitable for various boiler feed water.
d/dg multi-stage centrifugal pump loading and unloading, starting, running and stopping:
(1) Mating sequence:
1) Tightly install the sealing ring on the water inlet section and the guide vane baffle respectively.
2) Put the guide wing on the middle section, and then install the guide wing baffle on all the middle sections.
3) Pass the installed shaft armor and the suspect shaft through the water burst section, and push into the impeller, spread a layer of paper pad on the middle section, install the middle section, and then push in the second impeller, repeat the above steps , Install all the impellers and the middle section.
4) Install the balance ring, balance sleeve and outlet section guide wings on the outlet section respectively.
5) Install the outlet section on the middle section, and then fasten the inlet section, middle section and outlet section together with tension bolts.
6) Install the flat punching plate and shaft sleeve B (50DB pump does not have this part).
7) Install the paper pad on the tail cover, install the tail cover on the water outlet section, and install the packing, packing ring, and packing gland into the water inlet section and the packing chamber of the tail cover in sequence.
8) Install the bearing bodies above the water inlet section and the tail cover respectively, and fasten them with bolts.
9) Install the bearing positioning sleeve, ?L ball bearing, and fix it with a nut.
10) Put an appropriate amount of butter in the bearing body, put the paper pad on the bearing cover, and install the bearing cover on the bearing body and tighten with screws.
11) Install the coupling parts, vent the cork and all the square plugs.
The disassembly is carried out in the same way as above.
(2) Installation:
1. Preparations before installation.
1) Check the water pump and motor.
2) Prepare tools and lifting equipment.
3) Check the foundation of the machine.
2. Installation sequence:
1) The whole set of water pump is transported to the site. The motor is installed if the base is attached. It is not necessary to remove the pump and motor when leveling the base.
2) Put the base on the foundation, and put a wedge-shaped horn near the anchor bolts. The height of the base is about 20-40 mm, and it is ready to be filled with water screw slurry after leveling.
3) Check the levelness of the base with a spirit level. After leveling, tighten the anchor nut and fill the base with cement slurry.
4) Check the levelness after the cement has dried for 3-4 days.
5) Wash and remove the dirt on the support plane of the base, the feet of the water pump and the feet of the motor;,, and put the water pump and the motor on the base.
6) Adjust the level of the pump shaft, tighten the nut properly after leveling, to prevent it from moving, install the motor after the adjustment is completed, pad iron plates where the level is not level, and leave a certain gap between the pump and the coupling.
7) Put the flat ruler on the coupling and check whether the axis line of the water pump and the axis of the motor coincide with each other. If it is not heavy, put a sheet under the feet of the motor or pump to make the outer circle of the two couplings and The flat ruler is even, and then take out the several thin iron pieces of the pad, replace the iron pieces with the whole iron plate that has been planed, and recheck the installation condition.
In order to check the accuracy of the installation, use a feeler gauge at several opposite positions to measure the gap between the two coupling planes. The difference between the maximum and minimum gaps on a circle of the coupling plane should not exceed 0.3 mm, and the center line at both ends is up and down or left and right. The difference must not exceed 0.1 mm.
(3) Start and stop:
1) Clean the oil from the shaft and other oil-coated parts.
2) Clean the bearing and oil chamber with gasoline, and clean it with cotton yarn.
3) Add calcium-based spring oil in the bearing body.
4) The test is successful. Check whether the rotation of the motor is correct. Strictly prevent the pump from turning and loosen the nut. Then start the motor.
5) Pour water into the pump or empty the pump to divert water.
6) Close the valve on the discharge pipe and the pressure gauge cock.
7) After the above process is completed, start the motor. Open the pressure gauge cock
8) When the pump is running at normal revolutions, the pressure gauge displays the appropriate pressure. Then open the vacuum gauge rotary base and gradually open the gate valve on the drain line to the required pressure.
9) When stopping the water pump, slowly close the gate valve on the drain line. Close the vacuum gauge cock. And stop the motor. Then close the pressure gauge cock.
10) When the water pump is not used for a long time, the water pump should be disassembled. The water of the pump parts should be wiped away. The sliding surface should be coated with anti-rust oil for proper storage.
(4) Operation:
1) Pay attention to the temperature of the water pump bearing. It must not exceed the external temperature 351 and the limit temperature is not greater than 751^
2) The normal degree of water leakage in the graveyard is not more than 15 ml per minute. The packing gland compression degree should be adjusted at any time.
3) Check the shaft device regularly and pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor bearing.
4) During operation, if there is a sound or abnormal sound, stop immediately and check the cause.
