Reverse osmosis superhigh pressure pump type and characteristics

         To figure out what is reverse osmosis ultra-high pressure pump, we need to understand first, what kind of technology is reverse osmosis? Reverse osmosis, also known as reverse osmosis, is a membrane separation operation that uses the pressure difference as the driving force to separate the solvent from the solution. 1、 select the type of pump

         At present, there are two kinds of high pressure pumps used in reverse osmosis desalination system: high pressure plunger pump and horizontal multistage centrifugal pump. These products in foreign technology has been relatively mature, products have been serialized. According to the high pressure pump parameter requirements of each column of the 50,000 tons sea water system, we choose the segmented multi-stage centrifugal pump type in the multi-stage centrifugal high pressure pump.

① D series ultra-high pressure water pump

          D series ultra-high pressure pump is a single suction multistage centrifugal pump, for the transport of water or other liquids similar to water in physical and chemical properties, the temperature of the liquid shall not exceed 80℃. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long life, convenient installation and maintenance.

② DP series ultra-high pressure water pump

          DP series ultra-high pressure pump adopts the rotor component layout of symmetrical impeller at all levels, cancels the balance disc device of traditional multistage centrifugal pump, and the axial force generated during operation cancels each other and can basically get self-phase balance, so that the neutrality of impeller and guide vane is always in the best state, and improves the operating efficiency of the pump as a whole. It is a high pressure pump with an innovative structure。

Third, the role of reverse osmosis ultra-high pressure pumps in seawater applications

         Reverse osmosis ultra-high pressure pump is a key equipment in the application of reverse osmosis desalination technology. In the case of reverse osmosis membrane selection, the energy consumption index of reverse osmosis desalination system mainly depends on the energy consumption index of high pressure pump, booster pump and energy recovery device. In the reverse osmosis desalination device, electricity costs account for 1/2 to 2/3 of the cost of water, equipment investment accounts for about 1/4 of the cost of water, high pressure pump is the main energy consumption equipment, its power consumption accounts for about 35% of the system operating costs, is one of the main factors affecting the cost of product water.
