What is the reason for the increased pressure of the gear pump?

Because the pressure of the gear pump comes from the closed cavity between the gear and the casing, there must be end face clearance and radial clearance for the gear to rotate. To increase the output pressure of the gear pump, it is necessary to reduce the clearance. When the gear rotates at high speed, the friction will increase, and the gap will become larger after a period of time, and the pressure will increase.

2. Check again whether the diameter of the outlet pipe is the same as the size of the pump outlet

3. The problem may be in the oil circuit, such as blockage, the valve is not fully opened, or the oil-using part is blocked.
