1. Oil leakage:Check the shaft seal, each sealing part, adjust or replace it.
2. Noise: Abnormal noise: Check whether there are foreign objects falling into the pump cavity, and whether the bearings and pump transmission parts are damaged. Clean, refurbish, renew.
3. Oil injection: There is a lot of oil sprayed out: check whether the oil level is too high, if it is too high, release it; whether the oil shield components and the oil injection prevention parts are in good condition.
4. Vibration: The vibration is very large: check whether the base is solid, fastened, and whether the foundation is sufficient. Whether there are early signs of occlusion and jamming, adjust.
5. Abnormal pump temperature and bearing heating: loosen the belt slightly, check whether the oil circuit is smooth and whether the cooling water is sufficient. The fuel tank is hot and the exhaust valve is overheated: reduce the inlet pressure and increase the amount of cooling water.
6. The occlusion is stuck: check whether there is foreign matter falling, whether the parts are in good condition, whether the lubrication is sufficient, the amount of oil, the oil circuit, and the oil pump.
7. The motor current is too large or the fuse is blown: check the cause of the excessive current, check the capacity of the fuse, adjust and replace it.
8.The degree of vacuum is not high:
a. The pump is leaking.
b. The small hole of the oil box has suction, and oil mist appears: clean the oil filter, check the oil pipe and oil pump.
c. Pump oil pollution: open the gas ballast valve and run for 1-2 hours or longer, or change the oil.
d. The amount of oil is insufficient and the oil level is too low: refuel.
e. The oil temperature is too high: increase the amount of water, reduce the ambient temperature and the temperature of the inhaled gas, and eliminate the occlusion and poor lubrication.
f. The exhaust valve plate is damaged: replace the valve plate.
g. The exhaust valve spring is damaged: replace it with a new one.
h. The parts in the pump are worn, there is abnormal noise, and the power is abnormal: disassemble and repair the rotating parts.
