Description

INTRODUCTION

Single stage end suction chemical pump is suitable for chemical plants, is used to transport corrosive liquids free of solid particles or liquids whose viscosity is similar to water. The medium temperature is generally minus 20 degrees centigrade ~ 105 degrees centigrade, the maximum working pressure is 1.6 Mpa, the inlet pressure should not be higher than 0.6Mpa.

APPLICATION

It is widely used at the industries to transport kinds of corrosive medium and the medium similar with water which must be immune to pollution such as petroleum, chemistry, metallurgy, synthetic, fiber, pharmacy, foodstuff, waste water treatment.

Pump Body	As for the pump body with the strengthening ribs and CFD, the big pumps all adopt the double volute casing with a small radial force, so G5 IH pump is featured with its small vibration, nice-looing apprearance and long service life.	As for the pump body without the strengthening ribs, the volute casing is designed with the velocity coefficient method. Only two big types adopt the double volute casing so that they are not as good as the G5 IH regarding the vibration, apprearance and service life.
Impeller	Precison casting mould, accurate dimensions, high efficiency and nice-looking apprearance. CFD design, wide flow channel, high efficiency and low NPSH.	The normal sand mould casing type is not as good as the G5 IH regarding dimension, efficiency and apprearance and the types designed with the conventional unary or likelihood method is inferior to the G5 IH regarding cavitation performance.
Sealing Part	Mechanical seal is designed as per standard API610, good for the sealing system's cooling and circulation with more reliable seal.	The mechanical seal of conventional IH is designed as per ISO and its sealing system's cooling and circulation effects are not as good as the G5 IH.
Suspension Part	Appearance refers to XA. It adopts the precision casting mould with nice-looking apprearance. It is highly universal with such elements as suspension being cross-series and universal.	It's inferior to the G5 IH regarding apprearance, safety and reliablity.
Universal Degree	The G5 IH including four suspension options:30,40,50 and 55, which are highly universal. Such parts as suspension are cross-series and universal.	The same as G5 IH.
Performance Parameter And Installation Dimensions	The G5 IH is universal with the conventional IH regarding performance parameters and installation dimensions.	The G5 IH is universal with the conventional IH regarding performance parameters and installation dimensions.

What is your product range?

AWe mainly supply all multistage ring sectional pumps, split case pumps, end suction chemical pumps driven by electric or diesel engine for over 30 years. If you have other demands such as sewage pumps, submersible pumps as well as the pumps we listed on our website. We have serveral cooperative manufacturers who can provide such pumps.
