Pipeline pump is the most common equipment used in oil delivery system at present. But its biggest problem is low suction range, easy to produce air resistance; At the same time, if there is a large difference between the actual flow rate and the rated flow rate in the pipeline, oil and gas mixed transportation will result in double prolongation of oil transportation time and double waste of energy.

The zero-position tank is a horizontal tank buried in the ground, and the pipeline pump is installed on the surface pipeline. When working, the oil is drawn into the pump from the underground horizontal tank, and the vertical height is the suction range of the pump. Gasoline starts to vaporize when the suction range of 20°C exceeds 4.27m, and it will not work properly when the suction range exceeds 4.5m.

When the negative pressure suction conveying oil, the pipeline is in the negative pressure working state. When the residual pressure at a point in the pipeline is less than the saturated vapor pressure at the oil operating temperature, the oil will be vaporized in large quantities, resulting in discontinuous flow or flow interruption phenomenon, which is the gas resistance. Once air resistance occurs, the entire oil delivery system will not work properly, so it is necessary to install a vacuum system.

The green brand submersible oil pump immerses the pump body into the bottom of the tank, pressurizes the oil directly through the impeller, and pushes the oil to the target oil storage device, so as to realize oil transfer from the oil paying or zero-position tank to the vertical tank. Due to the positive pressure delivery of oil products, large flow submersible pump will not produce air resistance, there is no suction range problem.
